New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Downtown announced today that it has named Tristan Wilson as Head of Sync &
Brand Partnerships in the UK. In his new role reporting to Downtown Executive Vice President Jedd Katrancha, Wilson will drive collaborations with advertising agencies, music supervisors, and brands to leverage inspiring opportunities in
Europe both creatively and commercially for Downtown's client roster.
Wilson joins Downtown after nearly four years as Senior Creative Manager at Warner
Music UK where he successfully led various brand partnerships and campaigns with artists including Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Royal Blood, and Ed Sheeran. Wilson's career began at independent labels Beggars and Domino before moving to BBH, where he worked as a music supervisor across brands such as Audi, British Airways, Google, and Lynx.
Additionally, Downtown has named
Peter Walsh as Creative Associate. Reporting to Wilson, Walsh will be responsible for exploiting Downtown's diverse song catalog for TV, film, advertisements, and brand opportunities. Walsh is relocating to Downtown's London office, following a year working with the company's global creative services and licensing teams at their headquarters in New York.
