New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Gummybear International, the content creators behind the singing and dancing animated gummy bear character Gummibär, are proud to announce that their content has now surpassed 10 billion video views on the YouTube platform.
"We are thrilled with the continued and ongoing popularity of our content and happy that it connects so well with viewers." - Jurgen Korduletsch, President of
Gummybear International
Gummybear International, a small independent music and video content creation company, and the creators behind the singing and dancing animated gummy bear character, Gummibär, have reached a remarkable milestone. Their content has officially surpassed 10 billion views on the YouTube platform.
Posting their first video on YouTube in 2007 on a channel called ICanRockYourWorld,
Gummybear International launched their official company channel, GummybearIntl, the following year as the Official Gummibär YouTube Channel and the home for all new and original Gummibär content. They later expanded into their own small MCN (multi-channel network) which now encompasses six privately owned and operated channels and boasts a combined audience of more than 5 million subscribers.
In addition to the content posted on their
Gummybear International network channels, Gummibär content has always enjoyed wide use in user generated content (UGC) on the YouTube platform with 832,000 results showing up in the search results for the name Gummibär.
Gummybear International President, Jurgen Korduletsch, states: "Gummibär content doesn't always get the recognition it deserves because it is spread far and wide on YouTube, and has been reposted tens of thousands of times by users or included in their videos. That dilutes the view numbers over many channels versus having all of the stats only on one channel. Since we have our own multichannel network, we have access to the combined stats which provide a true and accurate representation of our content's success versus the numbers that are publicly visible on any one individual channel. We are thrilled with the continued and ongoing popularity of our content and happy that it connects so well with viewers."
