Unity In The City Partnership With Travis Greene Gives Rise To Caribbean Spiritual Tour & Gospel Tourism
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Following the success of last year's soul stirring, foot stomping, praise and worship concerts in Jamaica and overwhelming support for the upcoming Unity In the City concert on Easter Monday, April 2 at the National Stadium in Kingston, Travis Greene in association with SWOT Business Solution is pleased to announce a Caribbean spiritual tour featuring the Grammy Award winning gospel artist.

According to Orville Hill of SWOT Business Solution and JCDC, "Travis Greene takes the lead to do what no other Gospel artiste has ever done, which is to embark on a tour of the Caribbean."

Greene's tour is billed "Crossover Live" in honor of his album of the same name. The first leg of the tour featured eight sold out dates in the USA. The second leg kicks off in Jamaica on Easter Monday and will make stops in Antigua (April 6), Bahamas (April 7), Trinidad (April 13), Barbados (April 14), Grenada (April 15) and Cayman (April 20).

Speaking about the tour, Antoinette Ennis said the aim is to use Unity In The City as a vehicle to spread gospel across the globe and to use its message to shatter hopelessness and bring persons to a closer walk with God.

"The tour is timely as a lot of islands in the Caribbean were battered and some disseminated during last year's hurricane season. With morale low, many are facing depression. Greene is excited about worshiping in the Caribbean. His message of hope and revival is what such persons need to lift their spirits and shift their focus back to the Creator" Ennis explained.

Greene, who has had to overcome his own challenges in life, shared in a Jet magazine interview that when he was born he couldn't breathe, his color was purple causing the doctor to declare his birth "stillborn" but it was his mother's prayer that made the difference. At age four he fell out of a window and was pronounced dead. Today he is a living testament of a miracle. With such powerful stories of God's manifestations in his life, it is no coincidence that Greene is passionate about engaging people from different cultures and impacting lives through his ministry.

Joining Travis Greene on tour will be Israel Houghton, JJ Hairston, DJ Nicholas, Ity Ellis and singer Jermaine Edwards who will be featured on all 7 tour stops. "The event will be more than just a concert, it a movement, a transformational concert, a call to change for the nation" Ennis said.
Unity In the City is sponsored in part by KFC, Yummy Bakery, World Brand Services, Ready TV and RJR/Gleaner Group
