After Extensive Love From BBC Radio, Radio X And Clash, Josh Wheatley Announces New Single
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Hailing from Nottingham, Josh Wheatley starts 2018 off strong with his first single for the year 'I Know You' as he brews anticipation for his striking indie-pop forthcoming EP.

The new single boasts hip swaying melodies that take only one listen before they're etched into your mind, complemented by Wheatley's faithful angelic vocals, creating an overall elusive and catchy piece of music, which showcases great promise for the new EP. Emerging from a thriving music scene, Josh has already caught the attention of Janice Long at Radio 2 and has a host of producers lining up to work with him.

With a self-diagnosed addiction to writing, this songwriter is composing about matters of heart and soul with a knowing empathy rarely found in someone so young. His influences are cited as being locked firmly around artists like Death Cab For Cutie and David Gray, along with some newer artists such as Rhodes, Kyko and Rae Morris. Josh has had the opportunity to open for the likes of Fickle Friends, Anteros, Gavin James, Ady Suleiman, Fatherson and many more.

This is a striking statement of intent from a highly talented young Brit, gifted and able to carry the torch where Ed Sheeran, Zayn Malik and his like have previously led.
