Zkeletonz Releases New Single 'Always"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) 'Always' is the third single from postpop trio Zkeletonz. It builds on momentum from their first two releases 'Trouble' and 'Don't Cover It Up', which received support from Sunday Brunch, BBC Introducing and the Birmingham Mail. This new release has already secured radio play from John Kennedy on Radio X.

Despite overt sentimentality, 'Always' is not a classic love song. It tells the story of a partner's move to the big city after months and years of making things work long distance. 'Always' was the 1st ever postpop song Zkeletonz wrote together at Kafri Studios in London's East End.

The Zkeletonz sound is postpop; postpunk-style subversion of modern pop, so everything they do is independent. 100% DIY. The music is self-produced, self-mixed and self-mastered. The gigs are backed by colourful psychedelic skull-themed animations. The band have appeared at Ronnie Scott's in Soho, Hoxton Sq Bar & Kitchen, Stockwell Festival, Fuse Festival, Peckham Festival, Well Street Against Racism street carnival and Plaza Latina, a huge outdoor celebration of London's Latin American community.

Their 1st video 'Trouble' was broadcast on Channel 4 with no music industry support. Celebrity fans include hip hop DJ Tim Westwood, the poet and podcaster Scroobius Pip and the Wasps rugby winger Josh Bassett. The band host a regular postpop show on Boogaloo Radio, where other presenters include Suede, The Magic Numbers, Stiff Records founder Dave Robinson and Creation Records founder Alan McGee. And their legendary annual Halloween Party takes place at The George Tavern, a 700 year old pub mentioned in the writing of Charles Dickens, Samuel Pepys and Geoffrey Chaucer.
