New York, NY (Top40 Charts) ..."Get Down South," the new single from Montgomery Gentry's newly released chart-topping Billboard album, "Here's to You," just shipped to radio via PlayMPE. "Get Down South," is also currently spinning on SiriusXM's Y2Kountry and was a top download last week on PlayMPE.

A "tried and true, uptempo party-rocker" (Rolling Stone Country), "Get Down South" was written by John Wiggins, Bob Moffat, Clint Moffat and Troy Johnson. Celebrating good friends and good times in typical Montgomery Gentry fashion, "the unassuming bonfire soundtrack (Knox News)," is already getting a great response nationwide.

"We couldn't be more excited for Montgomery Gentry on delivering another solid song making their hometown of Lexington, Kentucky proud…" Roger McCoy, PD, NASH-FM 92.9 WLXX-FM
Fans can expect an accompanying video for the new single in the coming weeks.
