Drizzy achieved the accolade as a lead artist for the first time in 2016 with " One Dance" and "Work" spending time at the top. He later returned this year with the previously mentioned " God's Plan" and " Nice For What" giving him a combined 13 weeks at No. 1 in 2018.
Bruno has had seven No 1 records of his own this decade. He made his debut when assisting B.o.B. on "Nothin' On You," followed by "Just The Way You Are," "Grenade,"When I Was Your Man," "Uptown Funk" and most recently, "That's What I Like."
Future artists will have to thanks the Toronto native and Mars for helping pave the way for hip-hop and R&B to move into the mainstream lane of consumption.
