The Flaming Lips Release Rare Audio Track "Enthusiasm For Life Defeats Existential Fear Part 2"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The Flaming Lips release yet another rare audio track, "Enthusiasm For Life Defeats Existential Fear Part 2," from their upcoming June 1 Warner Bros. Records release, GREATEST HITS VOL. 1 Deluxe Edition. For those who have pre-ordered the collection, you'll receive an instant download of the track today. Prior to GREATEST HITS VOL. 1, "Enthusiasm For Life Defeats Existential Fear Part 2" existed only on a USB drive - along with two other tracks - buried within the edible Gummy Fetus sold on tour in 2011.

As previously announced, the 3-CD, 52-song Deluxe Edition is a treasure trove of singles, obscure cuts and rarities, many of which have never been available before this release. A single black vinyl album featuring eleven singles will also be available.
