NEW YORK (Kiss the Frog Records) - Mathew James White proudly announces the release of his debut album in January 2005 on Kiss the Frog Records.

The New Zealand born, London based singer / guitarist has crafted a stunning 12 track debut album full of spirit, originality and memorable hook laden songs. The singer's beguiling melodies and dextrous vocals have drawn comparisons to Neil Finn and Pete Yorn.

The album features the talented collaboration of Alex Von Soos (song writer of All Saints #1 single "Black Coffee") as well as production by Steve Lyon (Depeche Mode, The Cure) and Martyn Phillips (The Datsuns, Bryan Adams, Soul to Soul.)

Mathew will be embarking upon a German tour from March through to the middle of May.

Tour information and sample tracks are available at www.mathewjameswhite.com

The album itself will be available to buy at www.cdbaby.com/cd/mjw
