New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Pop/Dance recording artist EQ CHANNEL is pleased to announce the release of her new album , When The Night Has Come. The album is a mashup between Pop, EDM and the eclectic creativity of composer EQ CHANNEL. The songs have been inspired from real stories with rich melodic lines. EQ Channel's vision for the record was to create music that would be part of people's lives (dancing, work-out, driving time, romance, morning rituals) and inspire listeners with a postive call to let go and dance.
The title track, "When The Night Has Come", and many of the tracks on the album were inspired by the harmonies of pop dance music of the 80's. The track has a straightforward message to listeners, no matter how good or bad your day was, just relax, turn the lights on and dance.
The single "Fairytales" is the story of an upscale woman dealing with a broken heart who finds powerful strength within her to run away from the person who psychologically hurt her. The track also creates a unique musical vibe between the sensual electronica and the elegant violins to describe the world where this woman lives.
A very special song that was not planned to be on the album is "Love's Happening" and it tells the true story of EQ CHANNEL's best friend who bumped into a guy in Manhattan few months ago, and they felt in love completely by accident. This song is a reflection about destiny and its connections to love at first sight.
In order to bring this music album project to life EQ has had the support of artists such as Fernando Matilla as Audio Engineer, Wilhelm Camargo as Co-producer, in the title song and guitarist-bass player on other tracks.
Mario Julian Navas and Matthew Castillo as audio support and advisers, Louis Arcella as one of the executive producers and the unconditional help from John Jairo Jaimes (film director-actor) who came from Colombia to direct the live preview performance on May 27th and to produce-direct three of her music videos.
