Goody Grace Teams Up With G-Easy For Haunting New Collab "Girls In The Suburbs Singing Smiths Songs"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Canadian singer/songwriter/producer Goody Grace has teamed up with hip-hop superstar, G-Eazy for their evocative new collab, "Girls In The Suburbs Singing Smiths Songs." Driven by a haunting electric guitar, the single showcases Goody's acclaimed smoky vocals with support from G-Eazy's signature laid-back flow. "Girls In the Suburbs Singing Smiths Songs" is now available at all DSPs and streaming services here.

"'Girls In The Suburbs Singing Smiths Songs' is a dark, emotional song," says Grace, "It's definitely at the top of my favorite songs I've written. The track is driven by a haunting electric guitar, and the beat builds as the song goes along. Production was handled by Dylan Brady & myself, and G-Eazy cut his verse at 3 am one night we were together. I've been a huge fan of his work for years, so it is super exciting for me to get him on a song like this."

Goody is taking his captivating live show on the road as the lead opener for Anne-Marie's U.S. headline tour. The cross-country trek kicked off with a sold-out show at The Roxy in L.A. and will visit iconic venues across the U.S. including a stand at Bowery Ballroom in N.Y. Grace will then join Atlantic Records labelmate, Skizzy Mars, for his nationwide trek this fall. Tickets are on-sale now.

"Girls In The Suburbs Singing Smiths Songs" comes on the heels of an exciting year for Grace. Goody recently teamed up with close friend Jesse Rutherford (The Neighbourhood) for another star-studded collab, "Too High." The equally stunning companion video, directed by Julian Burgueno, premiered exclusively via Billboard. "Too High (ft. Jesse Rutherford)" marks the duo's second collaboration and is available everywhere now. Additionally, the newly-turned 21-year-old celebrated the milestone with a two-track compilation titled "19/6"- which features the Post Malone inspired, "Judas" + a heartfelt cover of Goody's favorite Lil Peep song, "Worlds Away."

Earlier this spring, Goody' unveiled his highly-anticipated debut EP, Infinite, which features his breakout smash, "Two Shots." The hit single has garnered over 24 million streams worldwide since its release. To celebrate the EP, Grace embarked on his first-ever North American headline tour which saw sold-out shows at iconic venues including The Troubadour in Los Angeles and Brooklyn's Baby's All Right. Additionally, Grace recently released a documentary featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the "We Are Infinite Tour." Shot by Julian Burgueno, the documentary gives fans an inside look into Goody's life on the road. Stream the full documentary here.

Goody Grace has certainly come a long way from the tiny Manitoba town of Selkirk [pop. 8,000]. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2014 at just 17, the singer, songwriter, and producer went from couch surfing to headlining sold out gigs and averaging 800K monthly listeners on Spotify. His rise can be credited to a signature "cinematic"style, encompassing pop, punk, hip-hop, and folk and nodding to influences as diverse as David Lynch, Danzig, Morrissey, and Watchmen. In 2015, he unassumingly attracted a burgeoning and fervent fan base following the upload of his first single "Memories." The song went on to receive a high-profile remix featuring A$AP Ant and Jesse Rutherford of The Neighbourhood as Goody embarked on the "Park Tour" with gnash, performing in public parks for free up and down the West Coast.

Throughout 2016 and 2017, he collaborated with the likes of Riff Raff and toured around the globe alongside Hoodie Allen and LANY. Becoming a live force, he performed at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Firefly. Simultaneously, his independent anthem "Two Shots" [feat. gnash] organically caught fire on Spotify. Co-produced by Goody and boasting his inimitable guitar playing, the track cracked 12 million streams and counting within just a few months. In the middle of this whirlwind, he landed a deal with Atlantic Records and will release his debut EP in Spring 2018.

In many ways, the infinity symbol tattooed on his wrist (and chosen logo) ultimately codifies his mindset.
"Anything is possible," he leaves off. "I came from a super small town and moved to L.A. and was able to live my dream. It's proof that possibilities are infinite. I hope everyone takes that from my music."
