Indie-Pop Trio Caezar Shares 'Take Me There'!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Hailing from the unassuming town of Cheltenham, Indie-pop trio CAEZAR shares new 'Take Me There' taken off their much-anticipated debut EP 'HAIL!' to be released via RG Records on 30th November. This new track is the last cut taken from their upcoming EP and follows on from singles 'Somewhere New', which was aired as a BBC Introducing exclusive, CAEZAR's previous single, 'Waiting', which was featured on popular UK show ITV This Morning and 'Hold On', which was premiered by CLASH Magazine. Playing alongside giant names such as Hozier, James Bay and Jack Garrett, CAEZAR can really hold their own in the scene and have had the pleasure of playing at the award-winning independent Barn on the Farm Festival as well as being featured on the acclaimed radio platform BBC Music Introducing. The 'HAIL!' EP boasts mastering by mastering engineer Stuart Hawkes (Amy Winehouse, Clean Bandit, Rudimental) and produced by Justin Broad (Jessie J, Emeli Sandé, Izzy Bizu, Corinne Bailey Rae).

The two founding members of CAEZAR, Chris Quigley and Rich Gills decided to take their passion for music to the next level when the pair found themselves both suffering from sports injuries that meant they would no longer be able to play rugby for their local club. It was under the lights of the rugby pitch where the two ex-players decided that they would take their previously hidden musical talents to the stage. When Zoe joined the band in 2017, the trio really found their niche. Her soft synths and sweet-as-honey backing vocals helped build on the unique crossover of pop, indie and rock elements that make up the band's special sound.

CAEZAR's new track 'Take Me There' is an indie-pop ballad with a difference; featuring soaring harmonies from both Chris and Zoe in the infectious chorus, the piece is unabashedly vulnerable and simultaneously uplifting. A beautifully introspective track, the lyrics ask something that many can relate to, "Trust me I can fight / These demons inside", speaking to the struggle we all face with our inner selves. Pairing this poignant and hopeful message with CAEZAR's signature sound that combines skillfully-played live instruments and expertly produced electronic beats with strong, melodic lead vocals, the band manages to create something undeniably unique, that will certainly touch any that hear it.

On their new track, CAEZAR comment, "A recurring theme throughout this EP is 'movement'. Whether it's excitement, remorse or anticipation - Take Me There is the final expression of this movement - the longing for escape. It's easy to become faded by the weight of day-to-day life, so we wanted to write about the inspiration and hope of striving for something better. The vocal samples and irregular dream beat provides a haunting melody which acts as the perfect crescendo for this journey and for this EP."

Hail! EP:
1. Waiting
2. Hold On
3. Somewhere New
4. Take Me There

'Hold On' is a stellar introduction replete with glistening verse, infectious chorus, and crystal clear production." - CLASH Mag
" A promising indie-pop trio on the verge of a major breakthrough." - The 405
