Watch: Gaby Moreno Performs Bill Monroe's "The One I Love Is Gone" For Hootenanny LA

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Singer-songwriters Gaby Moreno and Dannielle DeAndrea came together to record Bill Monroe's "The One I Love Is Gone" for the Hootenanny One Mic Series in Los Angeles. The performance - which follows Moreno's recent Spanish-language take on Paul Simon's "American Tune" with Davíd Garza for the series - was recorded with the Hootenanny House Band by Tim Schoenhals and filmed by Ryan Dilmore. Moreno recorded a heartfelt interpretation of David Rudder's song "The Immigrants" with musician, songwriter, arranger, and producer Van Dyke Parks and released it on Nonesuch for July 4 this year.
