The Empress Theatre Presents Chris Cole Band This Month
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Bay Area musicians Chris Cole (singer), Wayne Fettig (pianist), Aaron Germaine (bassist), and percussionist Gerry Kennett (percussionist) make up the Chris Cole Band. This unique quartet brings new energy and sound to classic tunes as well as their own original arrangements.

Chris Cole toured with members of QMS, PROBLEM CHILD, FUNDAMENTALS... has done countless hours of studio work. Wayne Fettig-toured and backed many SF touring musicians as well as coming from an award winning musical family. Wayne is a respected writer as well as arranger. Scott Thompson-teaches at SF jazz conservatory and has recorded on numerous Brazilian jazz records Gerry Kennett-touring professional and one of the first calls in bay area studio work.

Special guest saxophonist John Douglas. Saxophonist, flutist, and clarinetist - John has played and taught in the San Francisco Bay Area for over three decades. He performs many styles of music, including Jazz (Big Band and Small Ensembles), World (Brazilian, Cuban, Puerto Rican, African, Tropical), Rock, Funk, Dance, Pop, and Classical.

The Empress Theatre is operated and maintained by the Vallejo Community Arts Foundation, Inc, a non-profit public benefit corporation. Built in 1911, the Empress Theatre is a historical landmark located in the heart of downtown Vallejo, California.
