New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Felmax is back with new track "Sixth Path," a metal-influenced bomb that continues his bass-centric transformation and marks one of his heaviest releases of all time. "Sixth Path" delivers the listener to a dark, sinister place with reverberating basslines and stabbing percussion, while Felmax incorporates heavy metal vocal snippets for added effect. The Venezuelan maestro moves away from his electro and house roots on the self-released single, which follows his popular remix of Papa Roach's "Born for Greatness" this summer. Felmax is further immersing himself in heavy metal by embarking on a full production tour with iconic bands Breaking
Benjamin and Five Finger Death Punch. No matter what sound he's creating, Felmax always delivers with the finesse of a veteran and the creativity of a visionary.
Originally hailing from Venezuela,
Daniel Mora - better known as Felmax - fled his home country to find asylum in the United States, and ever since has been blazing his own unique path in the electronic music scene. Felmax's early musical roots lie in underground hip-hop, which still echoes in much of his dynamic style of music. He burst onto the scene with his hit remix of Iggy Azalea's single "
Fancy", which led to his debut performance at Life in
Color Music Festival in 2015. Soon afterward, his hit single "Chapel" amassed over 13 million streams on Spotify and Youtube, officially launching Felmax into the realm of bonafide heavy hitters. He has collaborated with notable artists such as Max Styler, ATLiens and PURGE; notably Felmax has gained support from all the top producers, including Tiesto,
Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Rezz, Carnage, Ekali, Illenium,
Krewella to name a few. His past original releases have found homes on major record labels, including Spinnin', Dim Mak, Kannibalen Records and more. Keep an eye out for what Felmax has up his sleeve for 2019!
