New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Bristol's Our Nameless Boy are pleased to announce their return with their forthcoming new EP 'Tomorrow I'll Be Scared Again' set for release through Beth Shalom Records on 1st March 2019.

To celebrate the news the band have revealed the video for new single 'All It Is' - an intense visual documentation of guitarist/vocalist Ian Gorrie's recovery from an 11-month long battle with testicular cancer.

Iain was diagnosed with testicular cancer in late 2015 and was told that the disease had spread as far as his neck. Iain started a course of chemotherapy just before Christmas, as he explains:

"I was scheduled to start my course of chemo in January, but a high blood count meant I had to begin just before Xmas. The NHS team who looked after me were brilliant and my then girlfriend (now wife) shaved her head in solidarity with me and raised a load of money for charity in the process"

"I finished chemo in March 2016 and we began filming the music video for 'All It Is' about 2 weeks later, just before I had to go in for another operation."

The quartet from Bristol first formed in 2014 after crossing paths at DIY shows in the early 00's. Sifting through around 30 song ideas, the group began to form a cohesive live set, heavily influenced by the mid-western emo rock of groups like Manchester Orchestra, The Early November and At-The-Drive-In.

Speaking about the new EP, Iain says: "Most of the EP songs were written right before I was diagnosed and touch on personal past experiences.

The one exception would be 'Nothing On My Mind' written in the times I could stand and hold a guitar between chemo cycles. It describes many of the themes you might imagine - denial, battling with aging, isolation and how to be around people you care about'.

'Tomorrow I'll Be Scared Again' is set for release through Beth Shalom Records on 1st March 2019. It will be released both digitally and on cassette tape and is available for pre-order as of today: https://bit.ly/2VI3k4M.
