New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Following the worldwide success of his acclaimed 'California EP' last year, global superstar Diplo today releases his new EP 'Europa' via Mad Decent/Because. In celebration of the EP's release, Diplo played two very special intimate European shows in London and Paris this week together with a host of the EP's featured artists, including BBC Sound Poll 2019 winner Octavian and German breakout star Basua at Hackney's Night Tales.
'Europa' is a love letter to the continent where Diplo cut his teeth as a DJ and producer - from his early days playing at Notting Hill Carnival through to DJ sets at Fabric - before breaking into the stratosphere to become one of the world's biggest and most influential artists. Following the EP's first release 'Boom Bye Bye', a collaboration with one of the most exciting new voices in French trap Niska, Diplo last week dropped the second artist collaboration for the record - a "mellow, vibey" track with UK hip-hop sensation Octavian.
