New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Dean Lewis is thrilled to share his new video for his current single '7 Minutes' available on his highly anticipated debut album A Place We Knew (out Friday Mar 22). The clip was directed by Stevie Russell and shot in various locations in LA.
Taking time out of his now SOLD OUT US headline tour, Dean says about his new clip, "Stevie has directed some of my favourite music videos of all time. He's the one person I've wanted to work with more than anyone. It was such a great experience, and I feel like this music video feels exactly how the song feels."

For Lewis, the title A Place We Knew encapsulates the bittersweet memories of past relationships. "All the songs were written through relationships I'd been in and houses I used to live in and hotel rooms."

Lewis collaborated with standout producers on his new album. The British team behind 'Waves' and 'Be Alright', Edd Holloway and Nick Atkinson are ever-present and so too is Melbourne's John Castle ('Don't Hold Me' and 'Chemicals') as well as Dann Hume ('Time to Go' and title-track 'A Place We Knew'). Sydney-based producer Dylan Nash, whom Lewis refers to as "almost like the co-producer for the whole album", ties a thread between the 12 songs that were written and recorded all over the world giving A Place We Knew its cohesive sound.

Lewis tops Billboard's Emerging Artists chart this week for the first time on the strength of his breakout single "Be Alright," which is #1 on Billboard's Emerging Artists Chart and reached a new Billboard Hot 100 peak this week at No. 29. "Be Alight" is also # 1 on Shazam in the US this week. Worldwide, the song has now accumulated 715 million streams and is 6 x Platinum.

Dean Lewis is currently wrapping up his sold-out North American tour which kicked off mid- February with two sold out shows at the El Rey in Los Angeles. Dean is also set to perform several showcases at the upcoming SXSW Music Festival in Austin TX.
