Aren Drift - New EP & 2 Singles Out Now!!!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) AREN DRIFT is a female fronted rock band based on the South coast of England.
The band's distinctive style brings together classic rock with lots of international influences, heavy melodic riffs, unique contralto vocals, seductive lyrics and original music progressions.

The band was formed in 2016 in Brighton and it is named after Czech musician, artist and photographer Aren Drift (Radka Nemcova). Radka has formed the band together with Matt Plumley (lead guitar) and Dominic Cahillane (drums) who remain the key members of the band. After establishing a core sound and set, they took on board established bassist Dave Moore to polish off their live sound and performance. Dave left the band in April 2018 and was replaced by Brighton based bass player Theo Corcoran.

Considering the fact the band is still relatively new on the scene, Aren Drift are progressing quickly. The band has performed at numerous venues in South Coast of England and their fan base is growing rapidly.

It the meantime, the band is working on a debut album together with well-established industry names in sound and mixing.

They collaborated with some great people in the music industry such as Eds John - The Park Studios Brighton (Credits: mixing and live FOH sound engineering for MCFly and Kygo), and Pete Maher - mastering engineer (U2, Lana Del Ray)

ABOUT THE WHOLE EP: BENEATH THE SURFACE - The EP is an introduction to Aren Drift's upcoming album. The concept of the EP is to let the listeners go beyond their thoughts and feelings. The music should let them drift to another world.

ABOUT THE SONGS:

Sun Goes Down: The song is about the dreaming, drifting and going further in your mind. It is very progressive and epic song. You can dream while you are awake and you can live the dream while you sleep.

Snow Queen: The song is about the female strength, love and the power of seduction. It is very passionate song which represents Aren Drift's distinctive style and sound.

Light Hole: The song is about the power of your thoughts and your desires. Your thoughts can affect you physically. They can trigger the panic attacks as well as the sexual pleasure. Your thoughts can take you to the darkest places as well as to the most beautiful place you could ever imagine. They can take you through your memories to the fears and the dreams of your future. Or you can just live now and enjoy the simple meaning of your life.

All the songs have been recorded in Park Studio, Brighton by Eds John.
