New York, NY (Top40 Charts) After covering H.E.R.'s " Could've Been" at the top of the year and collaborating with Anderson .Paak onOxnard last year, BJ The Chicago Kid is back with another one. This time BJ takes on Ella Mai's " Close", providing fans with a heartfelt, yet seductive male point of view!
When asked about why he chose to cover " Close", BJTCK said, "I think it's something really special about songs that can speak in a new, but nostalgic way. This song did just that for me, so I felt compelled to offer the male perspective. S/O to Ella Mai for the dope job and inspiration."
