Country Swooner Jade Eagleson Releases The Official Music Video For "Count The Ways" Today

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The harismatic rising country star Jade Eagleson releases the official music video for his latest single,"Count The Ways". The brand-new visuals were directed by Ben Knechtel, who also directed the video for Jade's hit song, "Got Your Name On It".

In honour of his small town roots, a portion of the video was shot at The Golden Wheel in Peterborough, ON where Jade would play for kitchen staff during his early days in music. The other half of the video emphasizes just how far his music career has come, with footage of Jade's performances from the 2018 Winter's A Beach Tour.

Though he's only 24-years-old, Jade Eagleson's voice has a mature classic country sound reflective of Johnny Cash, George Jones and Randy Travis. This timeless sound separates him from the pack and has him taking home top honours - including the title of Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist in 2017. After his win, Jade was immediately signed to Universal Music and released his chart-topping debut single, "Got Your Name On It" in May 2018. With over 4.3 million streams on Spotify, the song peaked at #6 on Country Radio in Canada. The "Got Your Name On It" music video has more than 10.6 million views on YouTube and continues to grow. Shortly after the video's release, Jade became the first Canadian-signed artist of any genre to be selected as the YouTube Trending: Artist On The Rise homepage feature, netting half a million views in a single day.

This past October, Jade released his debut self-titled EP which includes two versions of the crowd favourite "Got Your Name On It", the breakup song "Count The Ways", and the timeless love song "Still Gonna Be You".
