daydream Masi Releases Brand New Track "Hot Mess", Out Today
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Up-and-coming Akron, Ohio raised artist, daydream Masi releases "Hot Mess" today via Interscope Records/Universal Music.

On "Hot Mess," produced by Mike Irish, the 21-year old developing singer, rapper, and producer fuses melodic vocals and entrancing instrumentals. The vibrant track takes the listener on a journey through Masi's complex thoughts on love and relationships. This year the new Interscope artist released his debut track, "Nightlife," a hazy and hypnotic track built on tropically inspired production and shortly after, "Stardust," which led Lyrical Lemonade to call the newcomer "one of [their] new favorites to listen to this year." Both tracks were featured on Spotify's New Music Friday and undoubtedly showcase his versatility and ability to merge various sounds effortlessly.
daydream Masi's debut project Slow Rage is set to release soon via Interscope Records/Universal Music.

Born and raised in Akron, daydream Masi grew up in a musically inclined family and began to release his own material around the age of 17. Along with mining inspiration from the inventive artistry of Childish Gambino and Kanye West, he's continually focused on bringing both raw sensitivity and purposeful world-building to his music - a dynamic he defines as "emotional escapism." Prior to signing with Interscope, daydream Masi caught buzz with self-released songs like "Marguerite" (a track that's now amassed over 446K streams on SoundCloud) and "Eucalyptus Tree" (now at over 245K streams).
