Dubbed 'First Ladies Of Live' Ready Their Album Release With Gutsy Single
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) With superfans like Bob Harris and The Who's Roger Daltrey having been vocal of Never the Bride's genius for many years, the band are set to return with a brand-new album, which is set to be their most successful yet. Preceded by their latest track "The Girls Are Back In Town", the bands forthcoming album, For Better, For Worse, features thirteen brand-new tracks, showcasing not only their trademark powerhouse blues-rock but also country and folk influences... this is as close to the whirlwind experience of a Never the Bride live show as you'll ever get - prepare yourselves!

This whirlwind duo of female energy and ecstasy made up of powerhouse vocalist Nikki Lamborn and keys, vocals and guitar maestro Catherine 'Been' Feeney, are widely recognised as the First Ladies of Live, playing to sell-out crowds across the country for the past 25 years.

One of their biggest fans is no lesser luminary than Dame Shirley Bassey (who described the band as 'an inspiration') and the band's latest single, Tiger Bay, is a track the legendary singer says makes her so emotional she can't perform it herself. A tribute to Dame Shirley and her emergence from Tiger Bay to be become one of the greatest female performers of all-time, it features Nikki's extraordinary vocals and the band's incredible ability to bring together elements of rock, blues and soul with lyrics that always strike home, it's the precursor to an album which sees Never the Bride at the peak of their powers.

Never the Bride are Bristol born Nikki Lamborn (vocals) and Glaswegian, Catherine 'Been' Feeney (keyboards and vocals). Their raw, unfettered talent is undeniable and is enough to justify the impression the girls have left on audiences throughout Never the Bride's 25 years of global domination. As well as supporting The Who, they have appeared on stage alongside Elton John, Bryan Adams, Alice Cooper and many, many more, whilst also playing private shows for luminaries such as Cher and Liza Minnelli. Though with flashes of Led Zeppelin, Heart and Tina Turner, they have honed a sound all of their own, by turns, emotional, inspirational, reflective and huge. For Better, For Worse, is their greatest album yet.
