NASHVILLE, TN. (Arista Nashville) - Dynamic Arista Nashville newcomer Keith Anderson unleashes a personality-packed album showcase with the May 3 release of Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll. A Grammy-nominated songwriter, he co-wrote each of the disc's 11 tracks, as first single 'Pickin' Wildflowers' has offered a chart-climbing taste of what Amazon.com has already hailed as a 'raw, ripping debut,' proclaiming, 'Anderson's riding a cutting edge of rawer 21st-century country that honors tradition, yet remains totally of the moment.'

Over a core of top-shelf songwriting and musicianship, Anderson's colorful lyrics and charismatic delivery bring it home, from the fiddle-laced edge of the title track to the all-out personality and fun of the hitbound 'XXL,' from the driving groove of 'Plan B' and feel-good vibe of 'Podunk' to the easy sway of 'Lazy with Your Love.'

Lead single 'Pickin' Wildflowers' is one of three songs co-written with Big & Rich's John Rich, who also produced the album's title track. Other album co-writers include such prominent tunesmiths as Kim Williams, Bob DiPiero, Craig Wiseman, and Jeffrey Steele, who helmed the disc's remaining 10 tracks as producer, sharing co-writing credits on four of them.

Fans who haven't yet had a chance to catch Anderson in action can do so online beginning today, as the Oklahoma native is featured on the popular Sessions@AOL, with an interview and four songs recorded live in a special, exclusive studio performance. Look for Keith in the lead spot on AOL Music's Country page, keyword 'Sessions,' or via www.aolmusic.com/sessions.

Anderson will be on the road extensively promoting the new album with cross-country appearances over the next three weeks. Meanwhile, 'Pickin' Wildflowers' continues to show its airplay strength, charting this week at No 23 in R&R and No 26 in Billboard.
