New York, NY (Top40 Charts) There are rumors buzzing around the New York city indie music scene about MVB RECORDS' first female Pop artist. Could this Latina from Brooklyn, NY, be the label's new artist?

Recent news about MVB RECORDS signing its very first female Pop and R&B artist is circulating around the independent music scene in New York. No one knows for sure who this new female artist is, but, she is rumored to be a Latina from the borough of Brooklyn. We took the liberty of doing some research by checking out the record label's (MVB RECORDS) social media pages, and saw that the last person they followed on Instagram is a female Latina (Puerto Rican) up-and-coming singer named Jewels.

After visiting her instagram page and checking out her story, we saw that she had a post of a news article on MVB RECORDS, with a caption from her saying, "sleep on me". What she means by "sleep on me" is anyones guess, but after visiting
her (Jewels) YouTube page it is clear that this girl has a beautiful voice, and that she also knows her way around the music recording and mixing process.

If this young Puerto Rican song bird is the newest artist on MVB RECORDS' roster, then fans of the iconic independent record label have a lot to be excited about. MVB RECORDS has confirmed that their new artist is of Puerto Rican descent, and that she lives in the five boroughs of NY.
