New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Are you ready for some Indie rock that packs a BIG punch? If you answered yes, then Pistol for Ringo and their new song, "
Gemini", is your ticket! "
Gemini" is a featured single off of Pistol for Ringo's latest EP titled 'Kings of Bad Behavior'. Go ahead and take a shot with Pistol for Ringo and fire off one "
Gemini" for your listening pleasure.
The band is made up five members: Ben Arnold, Brian Murphy, Shane Smith, Matty Muir and Steve Arm. Together, Pistol for Ringo has plenty of fire power with their latest release, "
Gemini". Right away, I picked up on high energy and a solid beat that just wouldn't quit. The track is extremely catchy in a good way where "
Gemini" is one powerful sign of musicality. This track exhibits pop tendencies but not like your ordinary, average & cheesy pop jingles that flood the music markets today. Pistol for Ringo gives the listener something new & fresh with "
Gemini"; nothing more, nothing less. I have to add that I picked up on an
Elvis Costello influence when it comes to the vocals. This is a really cool element being that I am a longtime fan of Costello, so hat's off to Pistol for Ringo for tapping into this sound. "
Gemini" really moves and gets you all revved up just like "
Pump It Up" by
Elvis Costello & The Attractions.

There's a Los Angeles & Philly connection within the band where Steve Arm, Brian Murphy and Shane Smith make up the original LA bunch and Philadelphia singer, songwriter and musician Ben Arnold and drummer Matty Muir complete the Pistol for Ringo lineup. Two cities collide with plenty of hustle & bustle and nonstop action & fun! Pistol for Ringo offers Big-City excitement with no frills on "
Gemini" and the sign says GO, GO, GO!
