Blending the drama of dark-pop with the boldness of hip-hop and raw passion of rock & roll, Los Angeles singer and songwriter DeathbyRomy shares a new single "Problems" today.The song precedes the arrival of her new EP Love u - to Death, out October 25. .
"I wrote problems while I was thinking about how as a teenager, I feel like all my problems are so monumental at times when in reality they really aren't," DeathbyRomy says of the single. "I think most people my age and just about anyone really can relate to that sense of importance over one small issue."

Growing up in L.A., DeathbyRomy wrote her first song at age five and began releasing her music at 15, mining inspiration from the iconoclastic artists she was raised on (The Beatles, Björk, Kanye West, to name a few). With her debut album Monsters arriving in 2018, she soon drew an ardent following and found countless fans turning up to her shows adorned in her signature eye makeup. As she gears up for the release of Love u - to Death, DeathbyRomy aims to impact those fans on a powerful and positive level. "The EP's definitely a roller coaster of some very intense emotions, but there's a confidence that's unmatched compared to anything I've done before," she says. "I've stepped into what I believe my purpose as an artist is, and I hope that when people listen they feel a similar confidence for themselves."
