New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Four-piece Manchester Alt-Rock band Carnival Club are back. Their explosive new single 'My Lady' incorporates fast-paced, impactful guitar riffs with the powerful, wailing vocals of charismatic front-man Kai Jon Roberts. When asked about the upcoming single, lead guitarist Eddie Moxon described 'My Lady' as their "ballsiest single yet", predicting that it will become the new fan favourite.
In addition to 'My Lady', the band are also releasing an accompanying video. Shot in super-8 film by new director Megija Germane, the video matches 'My Lady's' helter-skelter feel; depicting the 'screwed, blued and tattooed' off-stage antics of Kai and friends.
Carnival Club's live shows have garnered them an avid fan base leading to them selling out numerous Manchester venues such as Sound Control, The
Bread Shed, Ruby Lounge and The Deaf Institute. Alongside these, the band have also sold out London venues, the Hawley Arms and Thousand Island.
The band have also had keen radio support from
Radio X, XS Manchester, Absolute
Radio and BBC Introducing Humberside and Manchester.
'My Lady' was produced and mixed at Giant Water Studios by Alex Loring and Tom Andrews, whose previous projects include Fangclub, Sunset Sons, Big
Spring and REWS. The band are promising more singles to come from these studio sessions too. The single has been mastered by John Davis whose magic touch has added to the likes of Royal Blood, The
Killers and even Led Zeppelin.
'My Lady' is set out now through Demolition Diner Records, distributed by The Orchard.
