New York, NY (Top40 Charts) JUNO Award-winning rock band The Beaches announce their new single, "Want What You Got," an energetically tongue-in-cheek celebration of coveting your neighbours and peers. "Want What You Got" is from their current EP, The Professional, released earlier this year. The track is at Canadian radio now and is already being spun at Alternative and Active Rock stations nationwide.

In addition to the band's own 2020 Canadian headline tour, they were announced today as the second of four bands on AWOLNATION's upcoming U.S. tour - The Lightening Riders Tour - alongside Bleeker and special guest Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness. The tour kicks off on Memorial Day weekend in Asbury Park, NJ as the opening concert for the 2020 Stony Pony Summer Stage series. The AWOLNATION tour will also include stops in NYC at The Rooftop at Pier 17, Washington DC's The Anthem, The Aragon Ballroom in Chicago and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, November 8 at 10am local time.

Last month, less than a week after the Superfan/VIP pre-sale was up and before the general on-sale began, The Beaches added a third Toronto show to their own 'The Professional Tour' due to overwhelming demand. The first Toronto shows on February 28 and 29 are now sold out. The now 17-date Canadian headline tour opens at the Capital Ballroom in Victoria on February 6, hits the Corona Theatre in Montreal, QC on February 20, and now culminates in three hometown Toronto shows at The Danforth Music Hall February 28, 29 and March 1. HUNNY, Valley, Fade Awaays and Goodbye Honolulu will provide support on various stops along the tour. For the full list of 'The Professional Tour' dates, see below or visit thebeachesband.com.

Also announced last month, The Beaches will perform at the SiriusXM Kickoff Show for the 107th Grey Cup presented by Shaw in Calgary on November 24. Beginning at 6pm EST/4pm MST, the broadcast will air live on TSN and RDS. The Beaches join a star-studded musical line-up which already features Keith Urban as the star of the Freedom Mobile Grey Cup Halftime Show.

In addition to 'The Professional Tour' and AWOLNATION's U.S. tour in 2020, The Beaches will release the follow-up to their acclaimed debut album, Late Show.

The Beaches released their debut studio album, Late Show, in 2017, garnering widespread acclaim while building a dedicated fanbase throughout the country. The album's singles went on to become instant radio favourites, with the infectious "Money" topping alternative radio charts and "T-Shirt" securing #1 for nine weeks on the Billboard Rock Chart, all helping propel the band to a JUNO for Breakthrough Group of the Year. "T-Shirt" remains the No. 1 recurrent song on Canadian Rock Radio today.

Earlier this year, the Toronto-based quartet released their third EP, The Professional, highlighted by the singles "Snake Tongue" and "Fascination". In addition to supporting the likes of The Glorious Sons, The Rolling Stones and Foo Fighters, The Beaches have been showcased in a number of North America's biggest music festivals, including Osheaga, WayHome, SXSW, Austin City Limits, Riot Fest and more.
