UK Singer/Songwriter And Master Slide Guitarist, Jack Broadbent Releases Moonshine Blue
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Singer-songwriter/guitarist Jack Broadbent today released his fifth album, Moonshine Blue via Crow's Feet Records, after it exclusively premiered yesterday on Billboard.com. Jack spoke to journalist Gary Graff who spotlighted for Billboard and said about the new release, "For me, it's always about the songwriting. I try to pay less attention to how it's stylistically based as a record. I want to write songs that find their way to the top of the pile, and that's' what I use as the backbone and build from there."

Jack has been called "The new master of the slide guitar" by the Montreux Jazz Festival and he showcases his gifts on Moonshine Blue on tracks such as "If" and "The Other Side". Jack also showcases his soft falsetto and thoughtful lyrics in the tracks "Everytime I Drown" and "Too Late". Throughout Moonshine Blue Jack displays his ability to mesh multiple genres of music together including: blues, Americana, folk, and alternative rock. Moonshine Blue features the two singles Jack released earlier in 2019, "Wishing Well" and "Everytime I Drown" as well as seven unreleased tracks.

EARMILK described Jack's first single from this collection, "Wishing Well" as having "a swaying tempo that erupts during the chorus" and a "catchy twist". Breaking from that sound, the second single, "Everytime I Drown" takes a different approach, with highly melodic lyrics and showcasing his instinct in both pop, alternative with some Americana thrown in for good measure.

Jack has received praise from some of the biggest names in rock and blues with Ron Wood crediting him with "Keeping the flag flying" as well as requesting he open for him in a run of UK dates. In addition, the iconic Bootsy Collins called Jack "The real thang."

True to his independent roots, Jack is on a mission to reach fans with his charismatic live shows, songwriting, and playing chops which has brought him a legion of loyal followers and large streaming numbers.

With his Spotify numbers over 135,000 monthly listeners, it won't be long before everyone knows who this "bloke from the UK who sometimes busks in the streets before selling out venues," is.
