New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Daughter of Swords (aka Mountain Man's
Alexandra Sauser-Monnig), who performed two nights with
Sylvan Esso at the Beacon Theatre in New York City this week, has announced a new run of shows in February. Following a tour of the UK and Ireland, Daughter of Swords and The Dead Tongues lead a joint six-city tour of the US East Coast in February, starting in Richmond, Virginia, with stops in Charlottesville, Brooklyn, Boston, DC, and Asheville. She closes out the tour with a performance at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville as special guest of
Tyler Childers on February 16.
Before then, Daughter of Swords leads a concert with her band in her current home state of North Carolina next week, then joins singer-songwriter Joan
Shelley as special guest in a five-city swing through the Midwest in December, starting in her original home state of Minnesota.
