New York, NY (Top40 Charts) A future collaboration waiting to happen, however for now rising popstar Allegra returns with a gloriously stunning rendition of music man of the moment Lewis Capaldi's smash single 'Someone You Loved'.

This year has seen Allegra dominate the charts to working with mass social media stars. At the beginning of 2019, the young singer-songwriter stormed Billboard and Music Week charts with her dance-pop breakout bop 'All About Us', a bold and dynamic single and music video. Following on from original music, Allegra continued on her trail of cover song interpretations, recently working with YouTuber and music mastermind Kurt Hugo Schneider on female forces Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez pop songs 'Lover' and 'Lose You To Love Me'. Returning to flying solo for now, Allegra is showing Lewis Capaldi some love in latest cover 'Someone You Loved'.

The live video from Los Angeles opens with Allegra, front and centre of the cameras attention backed by a band of singers. Much is the theme throughout the visual, as Allegra's luscious vocals sing that of Capaldi's considered songwriting "Now, the day bleeds into nightfall/ And you're not here to get me through it all/ I let my guard down and then you pulled the rug/ I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved". Cutting to close up shots of Allegra deep in thought, the connection created by Allegra's ethereal presence, elegant tone and Capaldi's heartfelt lyrics is one truly unbreakable.

Allegra is clearly an artist who has her head-set firmly on her shoulders. It's a combination of her striking a balance between carefully putting a fresh spin on currently charting tracks, to crafting original youthful music that sets Allegra apart from the competition, something surely set to continue on into 2020.
