Out Now: Maro Music ft Lex Lu, "War" (Addicted To Music)
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Mercenary, sinister-sounding and aggressive in attitude with a tinge of the industrial techno of the early-'90s, albeit at a slower BPM, 'War' conjures images of merciless invaders marauding through a wasteland dotted by smoking embers.

Merciless. Menacing. Marauding. The music of the electronic music producer, MARO MUSIC, often graces cinematic film scores and immersive video games. MARO MUSIC's latest release features the rhymes of Los Angeles-based female rap artist, LEX LU. MARO MUSIC featuring LEX LU's "War" (Addicted To Music) is out now.

Setting the cinematic stage for this modern-day smoldering trap thriller, Warsaw Poland's MARO MUSIC expertly lays the post-apocalyptic foundation for Los Angeles rapper LEX LU's rhymes on "War." Mercenary, sinister-sounding and aggressive in attitude with a tinge of the industrial techno of the early-'90s, albeit at a slower BPM, "War" conjures images of merciless invaders marauding through a wasteland dotted by smoking embers and the far-away stares of the innocent peeking around corners through soot-stained eyelashes. Although the vibe of "War" is menacing, MARO MUSIC gives this track a fearless hip-hop influenced swagger, a perfect musical backdrop for LEX LU to spit her razor-sharp verse so that all who hear her know she is the queen of this man-made jungle. As if to say, "Now bleed, motherf*ckers," "War" showcases the best of MARO MUSIC and LEX LU.

Said DJ KHALED of LEX LU, "When you see her, you see creativity."
Said DIDDY of LEX LU, "She's fresh, she's a great performer, and she definitely sets the bar for us in hip-hop."
