The Dark Of Oz Story:
One faltering step will lead to another and another will lead to the revelation; the Apologies you have been clinging to are no longer of value to anyone here. What light is left refracts in crimson sparks, smoldering at the tips of your shoes like a cigarette's last obscene wink in the dark.
It's with a sense of relief that you watch it go. With the loss of belief now it's easy to know.
Your footsteps make a hollow ringing sound as they wind down the path you had once paved so carefully with all of your Brightest Intentions. Your remaining senses will alone guide you here, through a strangely familiar sounds cape, littered with hopeful glittering Clich?s and the razor
sharp wizards who now wield melting plastic blades, their faces obscured by a curtain.
You laugh with them, your fingers crossed tightly behind your back and pass on, muttering under your breath the curses that once lulled you to sleep as an infant. Somehow you know that here these once innocent rhymes serve another purpose.... they are your new currency in a land of Make Believe that no one had expected you to create with the sharpened tools of a Child's Insight.

The HELLZ kitchen SHOW (T.H.K.S.) was formed in 1997 on the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Their music can be described as an original mix of heavy metal, electronica, industrial, gothic and hard rock. The band has gained recognition with all different types of music lovers due to their crossover music and intense live show. They have a strong following in Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canadian Provinces, as well as fans worldwide.
In the early stages of their career, T.H.K.S. negotiated a development deal with
Omega Pictures International. This brought T.H.K.S. into contact with producer/engineer Rick Andersen (Rush, Triumph, The Nylons) who guided T.H.K.S. into being the well-oiled, 5-man machine that they are today.

T.H.K.S.'s EP 'Vox Populi Vox Dei' (the voice of the people is the voice of God) was released in June 2003. This release has made an impact with it's heart pounding tracks and incredible array of multi media content. Vox Populi Vox Dei combines T.H.K.S.'s unique musical style with a media rich CD Rom featuring videos, web links, and much much more. Vox Populi Vox Dei is currently available on the internet through Indie Pool, Amazon.ca, HMV, Bent Music, and retail outlets across Canada.
T.H.K.S. released their first DVD 'The 3 Penny Opera' on October 31, 2004 and the video for the song 'Justify' is due out on Canada's Much
Music shortly. All video was filmed, produced and edited by T.H.K.S.
T.H.K.S. are currently in the studio recording their debut full length CD 'Dark of OZ'. 3 songs samples have recently been released for review and radio play, Festa Da Puta and Triple Six, as well the band's rendition of Electric Avenue (Eddie Grant).
