Forming in 2016 and named after their state flowers respectively (California and Tennessee), award winning musicians Deedee O'Malley and Mike Lusk, the duo behind Poppyiris, have combined classic R&B, country, and folk to create their distinctive sound. Combined, the duo have a musical resume stretching a mile long, having worked with legendary artists including Willie Nelson, Kenny Rogers, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Chris Cagel, and Stephen Bishop to name a few.
