TRIVIUM ORLANDO'S FINEST METAL SONS SHOOT "A GUNSHOT TO THE HEAD OF TREPIDATION" IN THEIR HOMETOWN ASK 300 OF THEIR BIGGEST FANS TO JOIN THE PARTY ON JUNE 21, 2005
On Tuesday, June 21st, the future of heavy music, Trivium, will be shooting a music video for their song "A Gunshot to the Head of Trepidation" in their hometown of Orlando, Fl. Ever the fan-friendly band, Trivium are putting out the call for 300 of their biggest fans to come down and be a part of video. The band is looking for people at least 16 years old, who can commit to showing up on time, and staying the entire day. If this sounds like you, send an email to [email protected] and provide your name, t-shirt size (very important), email address and phone number.
After the video shoot, Trivium will be preparing for their first ever Ozzfest tour kicking off in July 15th at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, MA. Lead-singer/guitarist Matt Heafy was recently named a "team captain" along with SLIPKNOT's Joey Jordison, MACHINE HEAD's Robb Flynn and ex-FEAR FACTORY guitarist Dino Cazares and will be writing and recording tracks for the Roadrunner Records 25th Anniversary All-Star record on his time off.
Getting up-close and personal with their fans is nothing new to Trivium who, since this time last year, has logged over 150 shows around the world. Starting with last year's Road Rage tour with Machine Head and Chimaira, Trivium have crisscrossed the world bringing thirsty music lovers the songs off of Ascendancy and their debut album Ember to Inferno (Lifeforce Records).
In 2005 alone, Trivium opened up for Danzig and The Dillenger Escape Plan as well as playing the most recent Road Rage tour with label-mates 3 Inches of Blood, Still Remains and The Agony Scene.
