Julie Harrington's Mental Health Story:
Despite having such an amazing career, Julie's mental health story shines a light on how sometimes performers can keep their feelings and anxieties hidden when they're under the spotlight.
Defining herself as actually quite a shy person,
Julie came to Key Changes suffering with Anxiety and Depression. Despite being such a hugely talented and entrancing performer,
Julie found that in everyday situations such as going out with friends, caused her to become uncontrollably anxious and agoraphobic.
'When I've been broken, music saved me every time.' -
