SYDNEY, Australia (SONY BMG Australia) - Latino megastar Ricky Martin is about to let fly with a new single and album and you can get your first mouth-watering taste here! Featuring Amerie and Fat Joe, first single 'I Don't Care' showcases Ricky's fresh new sound, and it's set to explode!
We've been waiting years for new material from Ricky Martin, but 'I Don't Care' shows the wait has been worth every agonising second! His much anticipated new single hits in September, and comes complete with a seriously fat bassline, funky beats, and appearances from both Amerie and Fat Joe.
Produced by Scott Storch, 'I Don't Care' is a defiant return for Ricky.

Ricky's last studio album was 2003's Spanish language 'Almas del Silencio', and he has sold in excess of 600,000 units in Australia and over 38 million albums worldwide. He is truly a superstar, and his 9th album, slated for release in October, is set to propel him to the top of the charts once again!

Ricky's been working with some of the best producers in the business, ranging from Will I Am (Black Eyed Peas), The Matrix and Luny Toons (Reggatone) on the new album, and Graham Edwards of production team The Matrix believes that his new album will be massive.
"It's been a pretty long spell, I guess, since his last record, and he wants to come back with something pretty bitchen," Graham told MTV. "Everyone's waiting for him and I think it's going to be huge."
