ATLANTA, GA. (Cingular Wireless/ www.cingular.com) - Cingular Wireless today announced the debut of Gretchen Wilson's latest single "All Jacked Up" through Cingular Sounds, an innovative music program that launches new singles as ringtones on wireless phones either before they are heard anywhere else, or simultaneous with their debut on radio. This marks the first wireless content offering from Wilson and the first exclusive country music suite of content released through the program.

Wilson's title track single from her forthcoming album "All Jacked Up" is now available as an exclusive 30-second ringtone to Cingular customers. Now country music fans across the country can listen to the hottest female country artist from their wireless phone before the song hits the radio and the release of her album on September 27.
"I'm incredibly excited at this opportunity to share Gretchen Wilson's music with the Cingular world," said John Grady, President, Sony Music Nashville.
"The launch of leading country artist Gretchen Wilson solidifies our leadership within wireless entertainment and builds on the momentum and diversity of our past artists," said John Burbank, vice president of marketing, Cingular Wireless. "This announcement introduces our first exclusive country music artist into the Cingular Sounds family, helping expand our wireless music content."

Get All Jacked Up
To download the ringtone from a GSM phone, Cingular customers should:
* Go to Media Net home on their phone
* Select "Tones, Games, Pics"
* Select Cingular Sounds
* Follow the onscreen prompt to get the ringtone

After downloading, the ringtone can be launched from the phone's Main Menu. Cingular customers are charged a one-time download fee of $2.49 for ringtones, plus a charge for the number of kilobytes or minutes used to download the ringtone to a wireless phone.

Fans Get More
Cingular is also sponsoring Gretchen Wilson's current tour with Kenny Chesney, which includes 19 stops beginning on Saturday, July 16 at Philips Arena in Atlanta. Starting at 4:00 p.m. prior to the 7:30 p.m. concerts, fans will have access to a custom Cingular Sounds vehicle outside of the concert in which they can pick up free commemorative ringtone cards and learn how to download "All Jacked Up" from the vehicle's download stations.

Cingular Has Not Missed a Beat
Cingular has a long history in leading the convergence of wireless and music. In April, Cingular made music history when it announced the Cingular Sounds program, and debuted the Coldplay single "Speed of Sound" as a Music Tone ringtone before it could be heard anywhere else. In May, Cingular introduced the first-ever wireless content from Gwen Stefani including exclusive ringtones from her album "Love, Angel, Music, Baby" and a video postcard from her latest single "Hollaback Girl." And in March, Cingular became the first wireless provider to offer authentic music content from all major record labels, including: EMI Music (Capitol Records' parent company), Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group and Warner Music.
