Clay Walker announces that pre-order for his 'Texas To Tennessee' album is available today, Fri., May 7. Fans will receive two instant-grat tracks with the pre-order including "Need A Bar Sometimes" and the album's title track. 'Texas To Tennessee' is out July 30th via Show Dog Nashville.
Walker's 'Texas To Tennessee' album was produced by Michael Knox (Jason Aldean) and Jaron Boyer ("
Somewhere On A Beach"), and recorded in Nashville and Galveston, symbolizing his storied career journey between his hometown and adopted Nashville home.
Walker's "Need A Bar Sometimes" single has garnered nearly 8 million video views, and it has been No. 1 or No. 2 on CMT's 12 Pack Countdown every week for several months. Taste of Country says Walker "embraces his twang, but adds just the smallest amount of contemporary production to make a mix that fits 2020."
Later this month, Walker and
Tracy Lawrence will share the stage for full band performances during a run of shows in the Midwest, May 20-23. The weekend will kick off in Dubuque, IA and conclude a four show run in Shawnee, OK (see full itinerary below).
