No stranger to controversy, Mally Mall is again in the spotlight, this time for all the right reasons. Mally continues to make a difference in the lives of school children working from home during the Covid 19 pandemic by donating laptops to the community.
Recently awarded a Philanthropist Award for his donation to help kids who really need it, Mally had this to say:
"One thing I've definitely learned working with amazing artists and producing platinum albums is that being able to work hard and knowing how to work smart makes all the difference," explained Mally Mall. "When I see kids in school now making the effort to work from home during a difficult time, and hear that some kids don't have the gear they need to compete, I know it's important for people like myself to step up and actually do something about it. Being able to directly impact the lives of others in a positive way is sometimes hard to track, and making cash donations to big charities usually comes with a lot of overhead expenses being taken off the top, so I definitely prefer to do it this way. When I can hand off hundreds or thousands of laptops to kids in need, I know exactly where the help is going and how much of a difference the effort will make."
During the pandemic, Mally Mall has been been helping to feed the homeless, donating Nikes and books to less fortunate kids, and giving back at every opportunity made available to him. He also works with new artists to help achieve their goals to change the world and change the game.
