New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Connecticut-born, pop upstart, ericdoa reveals a new single and music video entitled "fantasize" today via LISTEN TO THE KIDS/Interscope Records.
The tune revolves around the thump of a funk bassline, handclaps, and dancefloor-ready guitar as it rushes towards a soulful refrain punctuated by boisterous horn samples. A wild guitar solo sends "fantasize" off into a fit of disco hip-hop hyperpop bliss. In the accompanying music video directed by Oliver Cannon, ericdoa takes over a lighting store and rocks out under a wide array of fixtures. Of course, he illuminates the screen joined by his full band.

ericdoa introduced himself with last year's COA, which Pitchfork hailed as "thrilling." Meanwhile, Lyrical Lemonade claimed, "The 18-year-old Connecticut native has built a reputation as an absolute golden child of this scene in a variety of ways." Meanwhile, he continues to rack up millions of streams and engage a growing audience online.
