Bobby Kraig Asks For Indefinite Medical Leave From Arista Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN (Sony BMG Music Entertainment) – Bobby Kraig, Vice President National Promotion, Arista Nashville, has asked for an indefinite medical leave.

Bobby stated, 'As some of you know I took a leave of absence earlier this year due to my personal health. I needed to concentrate on getting better and everyone has supported me and my family in this process. Although I have made progress I must continue to focus 100% on my health and well being and for this reason I have decided to leave indefinitely.'

In response, Joe Galante, Chairman, RCA Label Group said, "This is a sad day for us personally and professionally at RLG. Bobby is not only a valued member of our staff, but is also a friend and I will miss him very much. His passion for the artists and team he has led is a large part of our success and he will continue to be in our hearts during this time.

RCA Label Group Executive Vice President Butch Waugh echoed those comments and added, "RLG is a family and it's hard to see a family member leave. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bobby and we wish him the best during his recovery."

Bobby joined Arista Nashville in January 1993.
