"Making the experience was surprisingly straightforward. It was interesting to think about how different sounds would combine and interact with each other, even when they weren't written to fit together, over a longer period of time. Being able to unashamedly go back to my old school Dubstep sound for this project was fantastic as well.
As for the technical aspect: I tried not to make everything too flat and loud, so that different sounds could be layered on top of each other without having to fight for space too much while the AI would arrange them. That worked well with the style of the experience too: it's sparse, but there's enough going on sonically to keep things engaging."
