SiM was founded by MAH in 2004 in Shonan, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The band's current lineup is rounded out with SHOW-HATE on guitar, SIN on bass and GODRi on drums. The band were nominated for "Independent Artist of the Year" in 2013 at the Billboard Japan
Music Awards and to date have released three EPs, five full-length albums, including their most recent 2020 effort Thank God, There Are Hundreds Of Ways To Kill Enemies via Universal
