HOLLYWOOD, CA. (Big Screen Entertainment Group) - Big Screen Entertainment's CEO Kimberley Kates announced that producers John D. Schofield ("As Good As It Gets"), Michael Manasseri (" Dirty Love"), Anthony Falco ("LAPD - To Protect and To Serve") and producer/director BJ Davis ("Medal Of Honor") recently closed the rights with International Creative Artists Management agent Jack Gilardi for the rights to music legend and famed entertainer Frankie Avalon's song "Forget About It" for the motion picture "Forget About It" written by Julia Davis. Furthermore, BSEG's VP of business affairs, David Zappone, recently secured the rights to the legendary Gene Autry's "Back in the Saddle Again" through the Gene Autry Museum in Los Angeles. CEO Kates stated that these music acquisitions are in anticipation of a "Forget About It" soundtrack deal which will be available after the film is released. The original score by composer and music editor Vincent Tividad will also be available to the public, which includes big band music with full orchestration. An advanced screening of "Forget About It" is set for Oct. 14, 2005, in Hoboken, N.J., for East Coast VIPs in the film and television industry by RSVP only with limited seating available. BSEG's "Forget About It" will also screen at the American Film Market for international buyers on Nov. 4, 2005 and Nov. 7, 2005 at the Criterion Mann in Santa Monica, Calif. Davis and Kates commented, "We are in discussions with various theatrical entities to field our best options as we proceed to the American Film Market and subsequent release of 'Forget About It' domestically and internationally."
