New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Anniina is a 19 year-old singer-songwriter from Helsinki, Finland. Infatuated with music from a very young age, she was learning to play piano after watching a video in concert of Adele, which gave her an immediate springboard and notion that this is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. With this in mind, she continued to study and then moved to the Berklee College of
Music at 18, furthering her knowledge and understanding of the art of songwriting.
Prior to that, she got herself into the final stages of the UK Songwriting Contest, the International Songwriting Awards and the International Songwriting Competition, which only gave
Anniina more confidence to persist and write songs that are meaningful and hit home.
Continuing in her journey of self discovery,
Anniina focuses on personal storytelling and experiences, writing a lot of her songs in high school before moving to Boston. Now, she is finally ready to start sharing her songs she has kept under wraps all of this time, and it already feels like she has an array of songs which are of a very high level to share.

Anniina says "I remember writing a part of the song super jet lagged in a hotel room on one of my first days in a new city. I had just arrived, and all these new and exciting things were happening around me, but I couldn't think of anything else but what went wrong with the person back home. Pretty soon after, I met my friend
Sasha who I then co-wrote and finished the song with."
