Anyone's Ghost - The Secret History

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) ollowing on from the release of their debut EP back in 2021, "A Good Winter In June", Anyone's Ghost has returned with the release of the new single "The Secret History" on the 4th of April 2023.

Taken from the upcoming debut album set for release this year, "The Secret History" is a perfect encapsulation of the intensity and dynamic of Anyone's Ghost' sound; delicate and intrinsic lyricism backed by a ferocious, intense soundscape that formulates a truly unique style, reminiscent of artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, PJ Harvey and Bon Iver. The track is inspired by Donna Tartt's book of the same name, an inverted murder mystery story, truly apt for the styling of Wanda's songwriting.

The release of the EP back in 2021 exceeded our expectations for their debut release - gaining over 20,000 streams on Spotify alone and being covered in magazines, attaining best of 2021 lists, and creating a real connection with fans around the world - selling t-shirts and tapes in locations ranging from the local Manchester area to even overseas such as the US & Australia. This has set up a real path for Wanda's music and established the label Bread Records as one to watch for an exciting and unique roster of artists.
