New York, NY (Top40 Charts) He performed with the greats both on stage and in recording sessions. Artie Villaseñor was an artist that lived life to the fullest and was revered by his peers. The man wielded an axe on stage the way a great chef blows the minds of their guests with their main entree choices. Artie was driven, relentless with his craft. If you were a fellow musician he would bitch like hell if you had the gift but not putting in the hours. Perfection would come at a price, keep practicing, deliver your best nothing less. If you didn't know him and heard him complain you might have thought that he was mean but he wasn't, he was just the opposite. Artie passed in 2019 and drummer producer Robbie Parrish was in possession of eight of Artie's tracks. Parrish decided to produce a complete album and pass the proceeds back to the family. He completed the feat in April and now the CD is shipping to radio internationally. "Love Is Love" is an eight track compilation of slow blues, rock and includes a dash of soulful R&B.
