Guerra, who has been impacting listeners around the world for more than three decades with her stunning music, making appearances at some of the most prestigious festivals in all the American continent and iconic venues such as Carnegie Hall, will continue to celebrate her 30-year career with her "A Voz Y Guitarra" ("Guitar and Voice") show, enthralling fans at California Center for the Arts, in Escondido, California on Saturday
September 23.
A journey through her most iconic songs, "Ely Guerra A Voz Y Guitarra," which has already captivated the hearts of fans in Mexico and various cities in the United States, as well as at the Chilean Wey Festival of Chile, Gira en Kasas, Ruido Fest, and Sor Juana Fest at the
National Museum of Mexican Art, shines the spotlight on the Mexican singer-songwriter and producer's unmistakable, soul-piercing voice, complemented by the simple yet elegant accompaniment of her acoustic guitar and the participation on stage of the renowned musician, producer and arranger, also Latin Grammy winner, Milo Froideval.
Following what promises to be a spectacular and powerful presentation, on November 9, Guerra will perform as part of the highly anticipated event "Canto en Resistencia, Power to the People" at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. During this unforgettable night, she will appear as a special guest alongside a selection of other talented female singers with the famed conductor Gustavo Dudamel and the illustrious Los Angeles Philharmonic to celebrate iconic protest music by Latina artists that resonates across Latin
America and the world. For her part, Ely will present music from her most recent album "Zion".
